Feature Request Description

Parental controls within decky loader itself.
(Decky Loader bypasses Steam OS parental controls by allowing installation of applications beyond those allowed)

Further Description

I suggest having a separate implementation of parental controls.
Maybe a password having to be entered each time a plugin is installed, or an application is installed, the password would be set by the user who installed decky loader.

There are no parental controls on steam deck, it does not make any limitations on what software can be installed.

If at any point valve would lock down steam deck, that likely will make Decky installation impossible under those limitations, so this project is unlikely to need any changes in that scope anyway.

Furthermore, it's physically impossible to lock down unencrypted PC that you have physical access to. So only viable 'parental control' possible is for parents to deny irresponsible children access to electricity, especially if their house already has running water.
