My previous laptop was hybrid tablet/PC, so i create with your extensions few toggles to: -enable/disable touchscreen, with "enable at boot option: -enable/disable tilling extension (now replaced with System79 tiling extension, which embed a keyboiard shortcut to switch it on/off) -another toggle to launch/stop bluetooth: -a Powertop toggle to launch powersave settins and reduce brightness, to gain battery time (useless since i have so much battery time now with AMD cpu): |

This is really great! Thanks so much for sharing and posting the toggles.ini file. I enjoy seeing how others are setting up the toggles. I also have a laptop that can be used like a tablet. I set up a toggle that turns off the dock extension (Ubuntu) when I'm in tablet mode. Setting up a toggle to switch portrait and landscape mode is a great idea that I'm going to try out. For the pkexec commands, did you manually set up polkit rules to disable the password? |

:) For pkexec i typed the password, as dealing with polkit rules or sudo visudo is sometimes complicated...But i used this for launching powertop autotune via your extension, avoiding pwd 👍🏼 Then type: |

Hi there!
Here is some ideas of usage : I made brightness toggles, Asus Numpad button, anothers to launch JamesDSP audio settings or balance_power governor for my CPU.
I like my laptop to have the minimum needed at boot, so JamesDSP toggle allows me to launch on the fly the audio settings to enhances builtin speakers.
The brightness toggle cans witch between low/high luminosity easily, in order to wait to brightness extensions to be up to date with new Gnome 49 brightness management.
Balance_power is a energy profile when you are using battery AND Gnome Balanced profile : by default the CPU go to balance_power, but enabling an option go to balance_perf, which is a (little) boost.
Asus Numpad is a pretty useless function which turns touchpad into a numpad, pressing a virtual button on the top right of the touchpad. So you click on it by mistake and disable the touchpad while typing...With your extension, i created a toggle to enable/disable this virtual button.
Icons on the topbar, notify-send with icon, make your extension to be as closed as default. Congratulations!
I recorded my screen to see it in real action, and joined the toggles.ini if it could be helpful :
