Please try with Stylus and GHD https://github.com/StylishThemes/GitHub-Dark#installation

Make sure you dsable the script when trying stylus + GHD.

Also have you tried a different browser?

FF it seems to work.

OK Chrome 80.0.3987.163 or 81.0.4044.113 + Github Dark + Stylus Works 100% WITHOUT Github Dark Script enabled.

You can also try to update the GitHub Dark Script version of GHD for that open the GHDS settings and click at bottom left Force Update Style.

If that doesnt work GHDS is broken, instead use stylus and GHD usercss ONLY. for best results

IF neither work, you probably have some other addon or setting blocking this content. I dont use the GHDS its not half as nice as the usercss version.
