update quickGO annotation link

Currently, the reference URL for GO annotations goes to a URL like this: http://www.ebi.ac.uk/QuickGO/GAnnotation?protein=P60953

QuickGO apparently has changed their deep linking URL pattern. The correct link should be: https://www.ebi.ac.uk/QuickGO/annotations?geneProductId=UniProtKB:P60953

We need to update our bot to correct this...
