[Feature Request]: Chance for classic cursed sound design

Feature Details

I think that whenever you grab a powerup, there should be a small chance for the snowball to go "Excellent!" and the fire flower to go gargle. Maybe some other stuff too, just some cheeky nostalgia bait.

I really dont think it should be random, but i think it would be cool if it was tied to revenge in Redmond, with it maybe playing if you collect mints?
