Add regex-tagging and add specific people based on tags. #1
Description
Two nice ideas here:
1) Use a regex to determine some basic tags (extension, robot, gadget, new wave
menu...) to be added to waves.
2) Based on these tags, allow people to restrict which waves they are added to
(e.g. if the 'robot' tag is used, certain people who are interested only in
robot questions would be added, but those people wouldn't be added to other
waves.)
