Alternate Format field pre-selection in destination forms #1
Description
If the item exists in the catalog and is available, the value should be "No"
If the item exists in the catalog and is not available, the field should be left unselected
This will involve looking at the destination forms the button urls point to to determine what the appropriate value for 'No' is for the 'alternate format' field and updating the configurations (both default and UI of any persisted deployments).
It will also require some logic to generate that value synthetically, probably around here.
