Animal Genome items cannot be picked up for stockpile, shelves, or caravan.

Describe the bug
I can designate a stockpile able to hold Genome items, but I cannot right click on Animal Genome items to prioritize hauling, pawns never pick them up, and I can't designate them to be loaded into a caravan. In other words I can't move them at all. They just sit where I bought them from a trader until I ask to load them into a gene bank.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Buy an Animal Genome "chip" from a trader (example, Animal Genome (Beagle))
2. Choose a pawn
3. Right click on genome, get error about unable to load genome... no option to haul it

Expected behavior
I really think these should be moveable objects
