Add timezone in docker-compose?

When I add some text and don't fill in a file name a time stamp gets added, but this seems to be in GMT, is there a way to set up my timezone? I tried adding Environment: TZ: Europe/Paris to my docker-compose file but that does not seem to change anything.

Having the same problem that the TTL is not working cause the time stamp isnt correct.
