RoboTwin2.0 to LeRobot

Feature request

I am working with a RoboTwin2.0 dataset to train a model and was looking for a way to convert it to leRobot v2.1 or v3.0. I have some additional artifacts that I also want to include in my dataset, and a porting program will be quite helpful.
