I would like to ask about the project's plans for supporting Windows:

• Is Windows support included or planned on the project's roadmap?
• Do you have considerations for abstracting OS-specific features into separate platform modules (e.g., macOS, Windows)? Such abstraction could make cross-OS contributions easier, facilitate code organization, and empower contributors who are familiar with different operating systems.

Wouldn't it be easier to support Linux first?
You can even run GUI apps on WSL, after that you could port the Electron code to Windows.

the goal here isn't just to run the project on Windows, but to enable full development and functionality on Windows natively. Running through WSL would defeat the purpose for several key reasons:

• Hardware Access Limitations: WSL has significant restrictions when it comes to controlling core desktop interaction hardware. It would be nearly impossible to achieve reliable control over the mouse and keyboard or perform screen capture—functionality that is likely critical for this project.

Furthermore, regarding the idea of supporting Linux first, I'd like to offer a different perspective. Linux might actually be a lower priority for a project focused on desktop UI automation. Here's why:

• Lack of Standardized Desktop: Linux does not have a single, standardized desktop environment. This fragmentation (GNOME, KDE, Xfce, etc.) makes creating a consistent and reliable UI automation layer much more complex.
• Stronger Fit for CLI: Tools like Copilot CLI or Gemini CLI, which operate primarily in the terminal, are a much more natural fit for Linux. A project requiring deep desktop interaction might find a more cohesive target audience and consistent environment on macOS or Windows first.
