That looks like spaces and box drawing characters aren't really monospace. Cut and paste the output in to your editor. If they suddenly look correct in a different font, then that's your explanation. Afraid I don't know anything about Docker Desktop to suggest a fix.

Indeed, it works more-less fine on Notepad. What monospaced fonts do you recommend to try on Docker Desktop?
