[BUG] Certain Nerd Fonts are considered as double characters (they are not)

Describe the bug

Latest update (v14.3.0) broke nerd font rendering. Very easy to identify it.

uvx --with rich==14.2.0 rovr

uvx --with rich==14.3.0 rovr

Certain nerd fonts, like \U000f024d for downloads folder appear to be calculated as double width, which leads to its own issues

Fixed in v14.3.1

The issue was that these nerd fonts are outside of the allocated unicode range, and we reporting 0 width. They now report a width of 1, which must have been the previous behavior.
