Database internals: Cross-reference records using Mongo Index IDs instead of string IDs

## Why?
This would make it easier in the future for if system IDs were to be changed for any reason.

This would also provide a guarantee that if a member were to somehow exist without a system attached, that a new system being created would practically never pick up an orphaned member instance.
