You will first need to launch a gazebo world with turtlebot3.

$ export TURTLEBOT3_MODEL=burger
$ ros2 launch turtlebot3_gazebo turtlebot3_world.launch

Then you can rosrun the package for potential field.

You can check on Rviz the direction of the force applied (Repulsive and Attractive).
