fabric.mod.json specifies invalid versions #37

Hello! The fabric.mod.json specifies >=1.21.9 on your 1.21.9 branch (and release), but is incompatible with 1.21.11, causing players to crash. I know it's a tiny change, but releasing a change in the fmj is still helpful. Thank you!
