Create an RXSolutionsDataReader, some progress has been made so far and further development and testing is needed.

Data preprocessed using flat fields​

1. Import existing code into CIL reader hackathon repository. https://github.com/effepivi/NSCT
2. Load the CSV file (per-projection geometry) instead of the XML file (assuming an orbital geometry).
3. Make it possible to choose either the XML file or CSV file.
4. Create a Cone3D_Flex geometry.
5. Run and test using the data provided.
6. Does the axis transformation in the code provided with the data is still needed?
7. Write a demo notebook.
