Return geographic coordinates in prominence

I noticed while looking at the doctests (#324) that the points returned by prominence are not plotted in the correct position on the DEM. I believe this is caused by #191, which changed the default axis limits when plotting GridObject. We need to either return geographic coordinates from prominence rather than the array indices or provide a conversion function to make them into geographic coordinates for plotting.
