"Warp to" icon on map draws in wrong place if UI Scale is not 100%

Observed behavior

The >> warp icons that attach to the PE/AP/AN/DN/etc do not draw in the correct position when the UI scale is anything other than 100%.

The white tooltip that appears on mouseover does not follow the icon; it appears when mousing near the node at other zoom levels, as if the icon was not misplaced.

However, clicking at that location does not activate the warp. (I have 2-click turned on).

Expected behavior

The >> warp icons stay near the node at all UI scales.

Steps to reproduce

1. Set UI scale to anything other than 100%

I have the same issue (almost). My UI scale is also altered. In the map mode if Kerbal Alarm Clock windows is visible, then warp icons move away to right and a little bit down. If I turn off the Alarm clock window with app button, warp icons immediately return to their places (next to navigation point). Turn it back on -— appear misplaced again. In any location they work fine to me, but may be inconvenient.

In the settings I saw "UIScaleOverride" parameter, tried to change it to True, did not help.
