Turbowarp/Scratch Custom Extension Maker

I want to suggest here that Turbowarp should make a custom extension maker.
A GUI Interface to create custom extension baseplate easily and to download the code that has been generated for the extension. Only modifying the Scripts to tell what they need to perform is to be done.

no, i don't think we're going to work on a second block-based interface where the existing one would offer a subset of the functionality. the idea of extensions here is that they are not limited by blocks. any non-trivial extension can't be made in blocks in any reasonable way

i feel like a lot of things block-based extensions could sometimes be used for (e.g reusable libraries of custom blocks) would be better solved by global custom blocks
