Gate via Python may significantly improve this project

GATE10 non-Beta is coming soon -> https://github.com/OpenGATE/opengate

This repo may be able to be updated to not use bash scripts and instead use python interfaces to STIR and Gate to do all processing.

This would be a significant improvement to the functionality.
