Hi again Alex,

As mentioned in my PR, I'm interested in testing this model at a WCB in Canada. To make sure I'm doing everything above board it would be helpful if this repository had a license included so I can be sure I'm using the code appropriately. Would it be possible for you to add a license?

Awesome, I'm so happy to hear your group is interested in this. I will ask our legal department for official advice on the license but as this is a work of an employee of the US government my understanding is that it is public domain per US copyright law:
