Storm-specific shapefile reader #19
Description
Storm tracking zip files contain multiple shapefiles and needs and index for which shapefile to read in. Example of readData.shp using idx is here: https://github.com/USGS-VIZLAB/hurricane-maria/blob/master/scripts/read/read.shp.R
Rather than general readData.shp in vizlab which assumes only one .shp in zip folder.
