[Nextcloud] Needs update to newly required PHP version 8.4.

The update to nextcloud 33.0. fails with an error message of "Error: Undefined constant 'CURL_HTTP_VERSION_2TLS' in /var/www/virtual/nsv/html/nextcloud/lib/private/Http/Client/Client.php:62". The reason is that on Uberspace the recommended php version 8.3. is built against an outdated version of libcurl. We have to use php 8.4. in order to run nextcloud properly.

@nikolassv, do you have a source for the upstream recommendation for a certain PHP version? I wonder if PHP 8.5 would also be okay to use. I have been using PHP 8.4 for some time now and did not encounter any issues with Nextcloud.

Because of Nextcloud 33.0.0 I switched from PHP 8.3 to 8.4. - and then to 8.5. Both PHP versions without any issues with Nextcloud.

I found this recommandation in the Nextcloud system requirements. Because the manual also links to that page, it should explicitly note that this recommendation can’t be followed on Uberspace.

btw, it does not seem to be a general problem with PHP 8.3, which generally is fine. However, on Uberspace the PHP 8.3 version seems to have been built or linked with an old version of libcurl. That's why it does not know about the CURL_HTTP_VERSION_2TLS constant.
