document that deno no longer receives updates #585
Description
Our internal package management is no longer able to provide updates for deno because newer versions (2.2 onward) rely on functionality not provided by the kernel or glibc of CentOS 7. The existing package (deno-2.1.9) does still work and is pretty recent, but the 2.1 series is end of life and not a LTS version. U8 is expected to have an up-to-date deno package.
