Description of bug

whenever i try to add my ely.by account it says Mojang user authentication ended with a network error

Do you run the newest launcher build?

If updating does not work, the issue may be caused by either ely.by or Clodflare being blocked in your country.
You can google for a solution for geoblocks, just remember to use a trusted provider like AdGuard, Proton or Windscribe, because many free VPNs on the Internet contain malware.
