Extra hotend shown when `sharedNozzle` is true with a single extruder

Describe the bug
When the configured OctoPrint printer profile has sharedNozzle set to true but only a single extruder configured, the control component in OctoDash shows a hotend labed false under the primary hotend.

To Reproduce

1. Open the current printer profile in OctoPrint
2. Set the extruder count to something higher than 1
3. Enable shared nozzle
4. Reduce the extruder count back to 1
5. Reload OctoDash

Expected behavior
Only a single hotend shown on the control component, with the temp next to it.
