Mouse began scrolling the code

really sorry about this technical supportish question, but my google foo failed me on this one

The scroll follows the code for some reason, I don't know if I activated something, and I'm not using the scroolwheel.

tried the touchpad, two mice in two usb ports , nothing helps - and only happens on vscodium, vscode does not have the same issue here.

+1, I am also experiencing this occasionally (it has been happening for some time though)- it does seem to be a bug, and the "ghost cursor" also appears in the file selection bar when you get too close to the top (although it isn't dotted there). It is incredibly annoying, and sometimes causes ghost clicks, even when no mouse input occurred.

Any help?
