Can't place water, can't pickup liquids if they are next to a block.

####Issue Description: Inability to place water from buckets as the water disappears immediately. Also,
(As far as I can tell) if there's a block next to the water, it doesn't fill the bucket.

Java version: 64-bit

Minecraft version: 1.7.10

Deeper Caves version: 0.5.0

Interestingly, After some testing, I've found out it works in older version of Deeper Caves. (0.2.1 to be exact).

So that might help with the issue.

The latest version I can get it to work in is 0.4.0 as of now.

I can't reproduce this in my dev environment. However, I have seen this issue before. You might want to check if cofhcore is installed as a dependency for one of your mods. Last time, this was caused by an outdated cofhcore.

Same Problem.. Water and Lava disappear by using bucket and bucket keep empty.
