Bug Report: Registry settings for games not applying #9

Good morning,
Not sure if this tool is still being developed, but I've noticed a few things over the course of my usage regarding setting registry. Registry punches as settings don't appear to be applying. They show in the list of settings, but don't stay checked when you close and re-enter the settings view.
Since I use a custom task to run this app as the SYSTEM account, I have to specify all file and registry paths to my non-elevated user account explicitly. For example, Half-Life 2's setting path becomes as follows:
- HKEY_USERS\S-1-12-1-SID-OMITTED\SOFTWARE\Valve\Source\hl2\Settings
Instead of
- HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Valve\Source\hl2\Settings
I don't recall entering the settings as HKCU working either but can't recall. Any assistance would be appreciated!
