unable get dataset RB2V

I used the following three commands to get the data after trying to turn the proxy on and off, and the result is "wget: unable to resolve host address 'public.vinai.io' ".
wget https://public.vinai.io/RB2Vaa
wget https://public.vinai.io/RB2Vab
wget https://public.vinai.io/RB2Vac
Including my local attempts to access this address in the web page also failed!
