[Bug]: Confusing results on conversation list with no results

vonage conversations list --app-id <...8ae0> --private-key <private-key-file>

Expected Behavior

Expected a friendlier message like "No conversations associated with this application"

Actual Behavior

The results are confusing. Instead of simply informing me that I have no conversations, it says...

Error: renderTable() requires 'data' to be an array.
