[Feature Request] Adding Soil Moisture and Temperature Function

I was wondering if it would be possible to add a function to agqweatherqaqc that would make it possible for me to process both soil moisture and soil temperature data that I have, in addition to all the other parameters that I already process? Thanks so much!
