Retrieve pagelanguage

Currently, get_tagging_proposals() retrieves a column pagelanguage that is always en despite pages may be written in different languages. This is of no use, as it stands.
If memory serves me well, some of the helper functions scrapped the language.

1. Check if some of the helper functions scrapes the language
2. Check if the values are correct
3. Remove pagelanguage and replace it with the corresponding field
