NodeNr missing intent in ```DummyGetMinAltitudePointer```

The pointer ```GetminAltitudePoint``` which links to ```DummyGetMinAltitudePointer``` doesn't set an intent for ```NodeNr```. The pointer and the referenced function have to have matching inputs so NodeNr can't be set with an intent in this subroutine. This isn't correct, you should be able to set an intent for ```NodeNr```. This will probably require changing the other element types
