Can the two 8MB flash memories be used as RAM?

I need to store I2S audio samples in run time, and I have 2 QSPI PSRAM chips, but only now I noticed that QPSI pins are already taken by the two already placed flash memories.

Could I use them as PSRAMs? Or is it possible to deactivate/disable them and use the same pins?
