Punctuation spacing check: 'Fix string' button changes wrong punctuation

Describe the issue

The button "Fix string" for the "Punctuation spacing" check wants to add spaces before the wrong colons.

I already tried

• I've read and searched the documentation.
• I've searched for similar filed issues in this repository.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

• On a French translation add a string with a markdown external link and also punctuation errors example

• Click on the 'Fix string' button.

The space is added after https in the string.

Expected behavior

The space should not be added there, only on the other colons.

The fix is currently purely regex-based and doesn't look for exceptions that are handled by backend code.
