Applications and apps not working/open. #1365
Description
Opening Whiskey is fine but for some reason opening the apps i pinned or doing run>myapp.exe is still not working no matter what. I tried some other solutions and checked over the internet.

There aren't any step but it just happened to happen.
There isn't any logs (I checked their dates)
Whiskey 2.3.5 (Latest currently to this date)
