What steps will reproduce the problem?
no example in wiki which describes a full command line how to convert a jar to
have a different package prefix.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
something as following: java -jar jarjar-1.4.jar process myrules.txt
myinjar.jar myoutjar.jar
