Adding CQL "source" of libraries so that publisher can track them.

The template and sushi now allow us to point at the source for each artifact - by creating an index of artifacts and their sources. This should also be possible for the CQL files - during the parsing, the CQL parser should populate the file resources.json (temp/data/resources.json) with the source file name, relative to / (i.e. input/cql/...)
