Sure, but if it were easy to do someone would have done it already. What's your goal with starting this discussion about it?

My goal is to restore genesis. It may not be easy but would instill confidence among future investors.

This is not regarding existing or proposed XRP Ledger Standards, so this is not the right place to have this discussion, just as you wouldn't discuss a new XRPL project or a new research finding about the XRPL here. Social media or Discord probably is.
