No thumbnail generated for some mp4 files

Found your solution via Copilot recommendation as I have issues with missing thumbnails for certain mp4 files. The videos are all taken this month on my Galaxy Flip 7 or DJI Mini 5 Pro drone. There MUST be something different with the 'non-thumbnail videos' but looking at Properties I cannot see anything obvious. I can take two videos 2 mins apart with no changes to camera settings and one will be missing a thumbnail. I deleted all thumbnails using disk cleanup, but they regenerate with the same ones missing.

Use Mediainfo and post log of a working and a non-working file. Would also be nice to upload each sample (the working and the non-working) to google drive or similar and post link here.

Like Klaus said samples would be great.
In IcarosConfig, try dropping one of the non-working files onto the Thumbnailing page.
