Filter used Browsers via System Property is not working

Quick Description

We have a logic, that checks a system property and allows to filter certain browsers to be used without touching the code. This however is currently throwing a NPE. Also we are missing documentation on this one.

Actual Behaviour

If we set the system property to filter the browsers we use, an NPE is thrown.

Expected Behaviour

If we set the system property to filter the browsers we use, only the browsers used in the variable should run.

It may be problematic if the test is not annotated to be executed with one of the browsers set via browserdefinition system property, it will be tried to be executed without a browser, which will most likely cause the test to be executed with the default Selenide browser. However, we can fix it by filtering the tests out like we do with neodymium.testNameFilter property. The solution for JUnit5 is suggested in the PR #406. Implementation for JUnit4 should then be done in the NeodymiumRunner class.
