Add Parameter adds !define in wrong place #5

When I click the Add Parameter button,
I expect the !define to be added at the end of any previous set of !defines, or before the first use of the parameter, whichever is earlier,
But I often see it added in the middle of a test table. Which is bad, although it's easy enough to move manually when found.
