[Enhancement] Ability to apply Discord tags based on lack of ConClár tag

Some items in the Reconnect ConClár have no tags indicating whether or not they are streamed or on catch-up (for example, “Friday Morning Frolic - visit the Belfast Central and Linen Hall Libraries”).

It would be nice to be able to tell Watson to use the “No Catch-Up” and ”Not Streamed” tags for items like this.

Hmm. Imo they should have those tags. That's useful for ConClár as well as Discord.

I agree, but still I think it might be useful to have Watson able to work around?
