The Namibia Digital Dollar (NADD) is a blockchain-native, digitally programmable stablecoin pegged 1:1 to the Namibian Dollar (NAD). It is designed to modernize payments, enable real-time digital transactions, and enhance financial inclusion across Namibia and beyond.
NADD integrates regulatory-compliant smart contracts with existing banking infrastructure, providing a secure, transparent, and efficient digital currency. By leveraging programmable blockchain technology, NADD offers real-time settlement, automated compliance, and auditability.
NADD is fully backed by on-ledger reserve assets in accordance with the NADD Governance Charter, ensuring a stable peg and fostering trust. NADD also lays the foundation for advanced digital financial products, including lending, tokenized savings, and social disbursement programs.
NADD has been successfully deployed and verified on Binance Smart Chain (BSC) Mainnet at address:
0x32629ec2534dd50380f667AB67A828F2cB24553e
This represents a full production launch in accordance with the NADD Governance Charter, enabling real-world use cases in payments, savings, and programmable financial services.
Listing NADD on a centralized exchange (CEX) will increase global accessibility, liquidity, and credibility. It will expand adoption by making NADD available to a wider audience and integrating it into regulated trading platforms.
The target amount to raise for a CEX listing depends on the exchange tier, liquidity requirements, and promotional costs:
- Smaller exchanges: $200K–$1M
- Tier‑1 exchanges (e.g., Binance, Coinbase): $2M–$5M
These funds will cover listing fees, liquidity provisioning for the NADD/USDT pair, marketing campaigns, and legal compliance, ensuring a smooth and high-impact launch.
