[Bug]: Version Navbar of Flower Docs site is not scrollable

Can not scroll version section of side navbar in Flower Docs Site

Steps/Code to Reproduce

1. Open Flower Framework tutorial site
2. Click the version section in left-side navbar of the page

Expected Results

Version list should be scrollable
