Debian Unstable builds (dev branch) pull the incorrect systemd

A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

After building Debian Unstable from the dev branch, systemd reports an "Early API filesystem error." Same thing happens when upgrading from trixie to unstable.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Clone repository
2. Switch to dev branch
3. Build Debian Unstable
4. API filesystem error

Expected behavior
Boots normally

If you are reporting an issue with the build process, please run the scripts in debug mode by putting DEBUG=1 before the build commmand, like sudo DEBUG=1 ./build_complete.sh.

• Shimboot version: latest(dev)

Build Device (please complete the following information):

• OS: Debian unstable/sid
• Neofetch out: (not at computer, hardware specs are accurate but software is the latest sid builds)

According to #405 (comment) it may be because the newer systemd versions require a newer kernel than what is available on the RMA shim.
