Incorrect path in COMMAND.txt when building the language-specific OTFs #227

Hello team,
I tried to execute the commands in COMMAND.txt to build the language-specific OTFs.
It seems that FontMenuNameDB, UniSourceHanSerifXX-UTF32-H and SourceHanSerif_XX_sequences.txt should use ../../../ instead of ../../ when execute the command in $WEIGHT/OTC dir.
