APEX Audit Should Store Results, Set Daily Schedule

• change AWS schedule to daily
• enhance apex post-processor to manipulate audit config based on apex result, e.g. apex == misconfigured => disable LHS audits

this is hard to achieve currently. We can only disable a particular audit (ie lhs). But we cannot disable all audits except APEX. Would the earlier be enough, wdyt? @solaris007

@ekremney i think disabling well-known audits that depend on a proper APEX are enough, e.g. lhs
